HC Operations, LLC (Chicago, IL) seeks a Quantitative Analyst responsible for the development of quantitative strategies to be implemented in the foreign exchange market.
Specific responsibilities include: quantitative analysis and research in areas such as market microstructure alpha generation, market impact, etc. developing and implementing algorithmic trading models that will execute transactions in various financial markets; making ongoing adjustments and improvements to existing foreign exchange and futures trading strategies to ensure the strategies are up to date with latest market conditions and are consistently profitable. Occasional travel within the U.S. is required.
Qualifying experience must include: knowledge of mathematical and financial concepts such as: measures of theoretic probability arbitrage free pricing, equivalent Martingale measures, the Black-Scholes Option Pricing Model and its generalizations; working with foreign exchange, futures and options markets; working with advanced statistical concepts such as stochastic calculus, probability analysis, Numerical Methods, and volatility curve fitting; creating innovative systems based on advanced statistical concepts; quantitative research used to build and implement high frequency electronic trading strategies and pricing models, and experience programming and testing quantitative strategies in C++, C# and R. Must be willing to occasionally travel within the U.S.
The position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Financial Mathematics, Economics, Mathematics Physics, or similar field, plus 5 years' experience in the job offered, or similar position involving quantitative research.
Full time position, annual rate of pay: $109,200.
